Jan 2025 - May 2025 | Student Teacher 

- Student teacher at Laurel Meadow Elementary School and Bell Creek Middle School at Hanover County Public Schools. Taught and observed on a full-time schedule for up to two 8-week periods in both schools. Improved lesson development and student rapport. Aided in school-wide events and extracurricular programs related to the arts.

September 2023 - 2024 | After-School Program Counselor

- Built connections with children through conversations and activities. Aided co-counselors in supervising children's lesson plans facilitated by the organization. Worked with children from K-5th grade through personal and behavioral problems that occur. Coordinated with co-counselors and supervisors to give varied opportunities to children.

October 2022 - December 2022: Circles RVA | Teaching Assistant

- Provided support to lead teachers administering programs for children and personally leading a group in their absence. Procured documents and materials for lesson plans while pursuing relationships with the children and their parental figures to be on the same page regarding activities and events.​
